About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimising contract profitability, providing quotations for client variations, and delivering accurate monthly cost and value reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimise contract profitability through effective management of contracts and identification of opportunities for improvement.
- Provide high-quality quotations for client variations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of residential groundworks, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Produce accurate monthly cost and value reports, supporting informed decision-making.
- Perform other daily tasks associated with a Quantity Surveyor role.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
