At M3USA, we are seeking a highly skilled Global Director of Rewards and Engagement to design and implement comprehensive incentive programs for healthcare professionals and patients participating in our market research panels. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of incentive and loyalty program best practices and be able to develop and implement a best-in-class loyalty program that enhances member engagement, optimizes program costs, and delivers unique value propositions.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing incentive programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align program objectives with overall company goals, overseeing the execution of incentive programs on a global scale, monitoring program performance metrics, and defining incentive & loyalty program strategies that effectively drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in designing and managing incentive and loyalty programs, preferably in the healthcare or market research industry, exceptional project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, familiarity with compliance requirements related to incentive programs, and demonstrated experience in driving member retention strategies and increasing program engagement.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, 25 days annual leave, participation in a company bonus scheme linked to personal and company performance, group life cover 4x salary, pension 4%/4% employee/employer contributions, vitality health, staff discount scheme, and discounted gym membership.
