Rewards Analyst

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Rewards Analyst to join our team at Humankind Global Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in implementing our reward strategy and leading exciting projects that enhance our current reward activities and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the administration of our annual compensation review process, ensuring it aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Develop and implement salary benchmarking processes for new roles, promotions, internal transfers, and out-of-cycle increases, ensuring fairness and equity.
  3. Work closely with HR Business Partners to develop and implement base salary and bonus review processes, job levelling, and benchmarking.
  4. Coordinate the salary and benefits survey submission process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  5. Support HR Directors in developing and implementing reward strategies that meet business objectives.
  6. Assist in the development of benefits packages that meet the needs of our global workforce.
  7. Work with the Reward Manager to develop and implement recognition programs that promote employee engagement and motivation.
  8. Conduct compensation analysis to ensure fair and equitable compensation practices.
  9. Support mobility initiatives by providing salary and cost analysis for global moves.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in total rewards.
  11. Support ad-hoc reward activities, projects, and initiatives as needed.
About You
  • Experience in developing and implementing compensation and benefit strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and reports.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and compensation software, with the ability to administer compensation data and reports.
  • Private sector experience preferable.
  • Knowledge of Willis Towers Watson methodology desirable.
  • Experience of SAP SuccessFactors knowledge desirable.
