Key Responsibilities:

  • Office administration, including filing, data input, and in-house systems
  • Payroll process and weekly tasks, such as collating hours, checking timesheets, and creating costings
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate and client files
  • Quarterly compliance checks with candidates
  • Working with the team to develop a full understanding of the business, from recruitment to logistics
  • Building relationships with clients and developing a strong understanding of their needs

Training and Development:

You will have one day per week allocated for training/college, where you will develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as office administration, payroll, and client relationships.

Future Prospects:

This is an open-ended position, and as you grow within the company, we will encourage you to develop your key strengths and progress to your fullest potential.

About the Candidate:
