Key Responsibilities:
- Office administration, including filing, data input, and in-house systems
- Payroll process and weekly tasks, such as collating hours, checking timesheets, and creating costings
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate and client files
- Quarterly compliance checks with candidates
- Working with the team to develop a full understanding of the business, from recruitment to logistics
- Building relationships with clients and developing a strong understanding of their needs
Training and Development:
You will have one day per week allocated for training/college, where you will develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as office administration, payroll, and client relationships.
Future Prospects:
This is an open-ended position, and as you grow within the company, we will encourage you to develop your key strengths and progress to your fullest potential.
About the Candidate:
We are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, and willing to learn. You should be computer literate and have a strong understanding of maths and English.
