About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Marlowe Fire & Security. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and professional customer service to all customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work closely with our National Account Managers to meet customer expectations and ensure seamless communication.
  • Monitor and respond to customer emails and phone calls, ensuring all queries are addressed within agreed timeframes.
  • Update client portals and helpdesks in line with specific account instructions.
  • Process sales orders and manage customer queries and complaints through to completion.
  • Compare data from customer and Marlowe databases to ensure alignment.
  • Investigate potential closed sites and escalate any potential risks to the business.
Requirements
  • A professional business approach and excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and analytical approach.
  • Experience of using and updating customer portals, with excellent administration and computer skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to resolve customer queries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
