Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Job Summary:

The Recruitment Co is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients and customers
  • Process orders and resolve customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues
  • Meet customer and client expectations
  • Provide regular reports to clients and stakeholders
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • SAP experience beneficial

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, plus the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:00 or 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00, with some weekend work expected on a Saturday 07:30 - 09:30 and Sunday 07:30 - 08:30, paid at time and a half.
