About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Pluswork Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing NHS customer accounts, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage NHS customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders
  • Process daily orders using detailed codes, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, orders, and queries in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
