Personal Care Assistant - Dorchester

We are looking for a dedicated and caring Personal Care Assistant to join our team at CountryCourt in Dorchester. As a valued member of our care team, you will provide personalized support and care to residents, enhancing their quality of life and well-being.

About the Role:
  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Engage with residents in meaningful activities, such as hobbies, interests, or simply spending time together, fostering a sense of connection and community.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring residents receive the best possible support and care.
About You:
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and families.
  • You are passionate about delivering person-centered care, prioritizing residents' needs and preferences above all else.
  • Previous experience as a Care Assistant is beneficial but not required, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus regular pay reviews and pension contributions.
