Localization Manager Job Description

Lionbridge is seeking a strategic Localization Manager to drive operational excellence and foster strong relationships with our customers.

This customer-facing role involves leading strategic initiatives, streamlining workflows, and collaborating with top companies to deliver outstanding service and drive profitable growth.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to function productively and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives to enhance and streamline workflow processes.
  • Identify and assess opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes that align with organizational goals.
  • Proactively analyze current workflows to identify potential bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful change implementation.
  • Foster a culture of adaptability and innovation within the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in project/program management or account management within the LSP industry.
  • Experience defining best-in-class localization processes and products.
  • Change management frameworks and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, demonstrated success in driving complex programs, and outstanding organizational skills and agility.
  • Ability to establish instant credibility and be a leader who both speaks and acts with confidence.
