Key Responsibilities

As a Community Health Professional, you will be responsible for managing Hepatitis C cases in various settings, including testing campaigns, outreach clinics, GP surgeries, drug and alcohol services, mobile vans, and prisons. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop clinical skills and pathways in an environment that is ever-changing.

You must have a flexible approach to working within a team that encourages new ideas and initiatives on how to develop the service. A competitive salary of £42,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for training and development make this an attractive opportunity for the right candidate.
