Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Health Advisor to join our team at Optima Health. As a key member of our occupational health services, you will play a vital role in improving the health and wellbeing of the UK workforce.

This exciting opportunity is based in Didcot, with hybrid working arrangements available. The successful candidate will have the ability to travel to client sites as required.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be a Registered General Nurse with previous occupational health experience. You will possess a current NMC registration and an occupational health nursing qualification. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As an Occupational Health Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance and support to clients on occupational health matters. This may include conducting health assessments, developing workplace health policies, and providing training and education to staff members. Your expertise will enable us to deliver high-quality occupational health services that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct health assessments for employees and develop recommendations to improve workplace health.
  • Develop and implement workplace health policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and education to staff members on occupational health topics.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
