About the Role

As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting healthy high performance in client organisations and supporting the delivery of our occupational health and wellbeing services.

Salary and Benefits

This is a permanent position, with a salary of up to £45,000 per annum + benefits. You will receive 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, and be eligible for our buy and sell holiday scheme, pension scheme, health cash plan, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with clients to understand their occupational health needs
  • Providing occupational health advice and guidance
  • Developing and implementing health and wellbeing initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Registered General Nurse qualification
  • Current NMC Registration
  • An Occupational Health Nursing qualification
  • The ability to travel to client sites when required
