CDM Specialist Leader

A multi-disciplinary construction consultancy specializes in residential housing projects. They are looking for a proactive CDM Principal Designer to fill an Associate level position, offering a dynamic working environment and access to prestigious clients.
This role presents a chance to work on a varied portfolio of projects, acting as both Principal Designer and Client Advisor. You will collaborate closely with experienced teams of CDM Consultants, providing guidance and design safety expertise during client meetings.
Job Requirements:- Oversight of a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring comprehensive support across all stages.

- Competitive Salary: Up to £72,500 per annum.
