Mitchell Maguire is seeking a highly skilled Facades Specialist to lead our team in delivering exceptional results.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Facades Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of facades management, including specification sales, fixings, steel framework, fastenings, cladding, curtain walling, insulation, dry lining, and rendering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of experts in specification sales and facades management
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies for facades specification
  • Collaborating with main contractors and sub-contractors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to secure best-in-class products
  • Monitoring and controlling costs to meet business objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience in facades management, specification sales, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
