We are currently seeking an experienced Facades Specialist - Sales and Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting high-quality fixing systems for the facades sector, generating specifications with architects and consultants, and providing excellent technical support where required.

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Facades Specialist - Sales and Technical Lead who has experience in specification sales in the façade sector, is technically-minded, able to overcome technical queries, and possesses commercial acumen. The ideal candidate will have strong CPD presentation skills and be able to cover an area from Coventry and everything south of it.

Responsibilities:

  1. Promote a high-quality range of fixing systems for the facades sector.
  2. Generate specifications with architects and consultants.
  3. Deal with fixing enquiries and provide excellent technical support where required.
  4. Cover an area from Coventry and everything south of it.
  5. Conduct regular CPD presentations.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in specification sales in the façade sector.
  2. Technical knowledge and ability to overcome technical queries.
  3. Strong CPD presentation skills.
  4. Commercially astute, professional, organised, and logical thinker.
  5. Positive, professional, and customer service-oriented.

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position is between £52,000 and £57,000, plus a bonus of up to £12,000. You will also receive a company car and exceptional benefits package.
