The Job:

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our project team in Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company that is at the forefront of its industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full operational responsibility for the site, ensuring all activities proceed safely and efficiently.
  • Implement business management system procedures and provide a professional approach to all aspects of the project.
  • Report directly to the Installation Director and make every effort to ensure the site is a safe place for everyone to work.

About You:

  • You will have extensive experience in site management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • You will have excellent communication and management skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • You will be fully conversant with planning activities safely and able to implement business management system procedures.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 plus package, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
