Job Title: Contract Manager Lead

Location: Oxford, UK

Salary: £75,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team in Oxford. As a Contract Manager Lead, you will play a vital part in building positive relationships with clients and ensuring the financial performance of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure personnel manage contracts to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • To effectively manage risks relating to safety, health, environment, and quality.
  • To maintain compliance with statutory and company procedures across stakeholder groups.
  • To oversee PPM and reactive tasks in accordance with maintenance specifications and documented in real-time using the CAFM system.
  • To be on call as part of the management team.
  • To maintain commercial understanding of client contractual deliverables across all services.
  • To work with operational management to develop performance measurement and improvement objectives.
  • To drive successful contract negotiations and business improvement initiatives.
  • To drive profit improvement through sales generation and cost-saving initiatives in a collaborative manner with operations teams.

Requirements:

  • A full clean driving licence.
  • A recognised hard services industry qualification.
  • Experience managing TFM within Pharmaceutical or process-controlled environments.
  • Experience using a CAFM system to manage engineering teams.
  • Able to build on client relationships.
  • Availability to participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota.
