Job Title: Senior Physiotherapist - Musculoskeletal Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team as a Musculoskeletal Specialist. The successful candidate will have a strong background in MSK physiotherapy and be able to provide specialist support and advice to physiotherapy and other clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage highly complex patients referred to the Outpatient Physiotherapy Department for initial contact, assessment, clinical diagnosis, and management.
* Act as lead in clinical audits of the Outpatient Physiotherapy Services.
* Contribute to the development of the service in conjunction with the Physiotherapy Team Leader and Head of Therapies.
* Contribute to the mentoring and development of senior staff in conjunction with the Team Leader of Physiotherapy Outpatients.
* Promote evaluation and research within the service.

Person Specification:

* Post Graduate MSc in MSK
* 3 years band 6 in OPD MSK - all conditions
* 5 years within MSK
* NHS experience
* MSK Orthopaedic inpatient and on call
* Students supervision
* Patient group teaching and exercise
