About the Role

We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our Women's and Men's Health Physiotherapy team as a Senior Physiotherapist. The successful candidate will have a broad range of experience in physiotherapy, including core areas such as respiratory, orthopaedics, and neurology. They will also have clinical experience in working within the field of Women's and Men's Health Physiotherapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clinical knowledge and skills in the care of those presenting with a range of pelvic health conditions.
  • Maintain clinical records in line with Trust and professional standards.
  • Contribute to induction processes, clinical supervision, and teaching within the physiotherapy team and broader multidisciplinary team.
  • Act as a clinical educator for pre-registration physiotherapy students.
  • Contribute to service development and participate in the design and implementation of a service strategy that aspires to be highly responsive, person-centred, and clinically excellent.

Person Specification
  • Degree in Physiotherapy
  • Registered with the Health & Care Professions Council
  • Postgraduate education in Women's and Men's Health conditions
  • Broad range of experience at band 5 level, including core areas such as respiratory, orthopaedics, and neurology
  • Clinical experience of working within the field of Women's and Men's Health Physiotherapy
  • Experience of working as part of a multidisciplinary team
