About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team in the Adult Critical Care department at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with cardiorespiratory conditions, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert physiotherapy services to patients with cardiorespiratory conditions, including assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient goals and preferences.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Degree in Physiotherapy
  • Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the role
  • Evidence of level 7 study in a subject relevant to Cardiorespiratory/Critical Care
