Senior Facades Sector Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Specification Sales Manager for our facades sector to join the team at Mitchell Maguire.

This role will involve promoting a high-quality range of fixing systems to architects and consultants, with a focus on generating specifications and providing excellent technical support.

The ideal candidate will have specification sales experience in the facades sector, be technically minded, and able to overcome queries.

In addition to their sales expertise, they should also have experience with CPD presentations and be commercially astute.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000, plus a bonus of up to £12,000, as well as a company car and exceptional benefits package.

The area to be covered is everything south of Coventry, and regular CPD presentations will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate specifications with architects and consultants
  • Deal with fixing enquiries and provide technical support
  • Cover an area from Coventry southwards
  • Conduct regular CPD presentations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Specification sales experience in the facades sector
  • Technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • CPD presentation experience
  • Commercial awareness and organisational skills
