Our client, a leading estate agency in Oxfordshire, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Sales Manager to join their Summertown office. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective strategies, and leading a team of skilled professionals.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and fostering a culture of excellence within the sales team. As a Senior Sales Manager at Brook Street UK, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to the company's continued success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Leveraging industry expertise to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the sales team
