We are seeking an accomplished Sales Professional to join our team and drive growth in the global semiconductor market. As a seasoned expert in sales, you will leverage your knowledge and experience to establish strong relationships with key clients and partners.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that meet and exceed targets. They will also be confident in building relationships with large corporations across Asia, Europe, and the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on industry trends and technologies.
  • Mentor and coach sales teams to achieve optimal performance.

Requirements:

  • Relevant technical degree or equivalent in Electronic Engineering.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
