About Quantum Solutions

Quantum Solutions, headquartered at Oxford, is specialized in building the next-generation imaging products based on Quantum Dot technology. We've been pioneering the development, manufacturing, and commercialization of Quantum Dots (semiconductor nanoparticles) for various applications and customers worldwide.

The role requires a highly motivated individual who wants to join our sales team and grow their career. Ideal Candidate should have:

  • Organized and Diligent: Follows up regularly and maintains momentum.
  • Self-Aware and Humble: Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Technically Proficient: Able to learn complex technical concepts or product specifications and communicate them clearly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in chemistry, material science, physics or a related field.
  • 2-5 Years of Experience in sales, marketing or business development. Experience in sales of semiconductor materials is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary ($80,000 - $120,000 per year), hybrid work options available, annual performance bonus, equity stock options, PTO: 21 business days + national holidays, pension scheme and health insurance options.
