Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Coaching Professional to join our team in delivering high-quality health coaching services to individuals and communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tailored diet, nutrition, and behaviour change advice to service users, empowering them to manage their weight and make sustainable lifestyle changes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of behaviour change principles and methodology, including the COM-B model and behaviour change wheel. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £32,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. If you are passionate about promoting healthy lifestyles and improving wellbeing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

About the Role

  • Deliver evidence-based dietary and behaviour change services via one-to-one and group-based service delivery
  • Support service users to implement experiments, track behaviours, and utilise tech-enabled support
  • Provide medium and high need nutritional and behaviour change services for eligible participants
  • Empower children, families, and adults to manage their weight and lifestyle behaviours effectively
