Telecare Equipment Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Telecare Equipment Specialist to join our team in Boston. As a key member of our Integrated Telecare Monitoring Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality assistive technology services that empower elderly and vulnerable individuals to live independently in their homes.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in providing care or support for older or vulnerable individuals, excellent time management skills, and a valid driving license with access to transportation.
This is a part-time opportunity, working 17 hours a week over a minimum of 3 days, Monday - Friday. The hours can be flexible to fit around your own circumstances.
What You'll Do
- Assess customer needs to determine the most suitable telecare equipment for each customer's unique environment.
- Install and maintain telecare equipment to ensure it meets the customer's requirements.
