Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Care Services Coordinator to join our Integrated Telecare Monitoring Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assistive technology services to empower elderly and vulnerable individuals to live independently in their homes.

About the Role

This is a rewarding role that requires excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You will work 17 hours a week over a minimum of 3 days, Monday- Friday. These hours can be flexible to fit around your own circumstances and you can discuss these during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine the most suitable telecare equipment for each customer's unique environment.
  • Install, program, and maintain assistive technology equipment, ensuring everything is in top working order.
  • Provide clear demonstrations on how to use the equipment, ensuring customers feel confident and supported.
  • Offer ongoing advice and support to customers and their families about our range of assistive technology services.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update our reporting systems with appointment outcomes.
