About the Job

This exciting opportunity involves working with our Integrated Telecare Monitoring Team to deliver high-quality assistive technology services. As a Telecare Technician, you will assess customer needs, install and maintain telecare equipment, and contribute to creating a safe and independent living environment for our clients.

The estimated salary for this role is £10,183 per annum, plus benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine the most suitable telecare equipment for each customer's unique environment.
  • Install and maintain telecare equipment to ensure seamless functionality.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in providing care or support for older or vulnerable individuals.
  • Able to prioritize and manage workloads, working without direct supervision.
  • A valid driving license and access to transportation are essential for this role.
