Reliable Maintenance Expert

Key Responsibilities:
- Fault Diagnosis and Repair: Take the lead on fault diagnosis and breakdown repairs across our plant, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Planned Maintenance: Carry out planned preventative maintenance, modifications, installations, and equipment upgrades to keep everything running smoothly.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve our production processes using various tools, including CMMS and OEE systems.
- Multidisciplinary Work: Operate across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and steam systems as needed to deliver solutions.
- Project Involvement: Contribute to project work, including installation and commissioning of new equipment, while supporting initiatives to improve plant design.
- Team Support: Share your expertise by coaching team members and colleagues, driving a culture of shared maintenance knowledge and high standards.
