HR Systems and Process Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Systems and Process Coordinator to join AqualisBraemar LOC in London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Head of HR Systems & Processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working together with the HR Systems & Processes team, executive leadership, regional HR teams, and various stakeholders across our locations to manage and improve Group HR Systems and Processes workflows globally.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new operational policies, procedures, guidelines, and ways of working.
- Collecting, analysing, formatting, maintaining, and importing data into our HR system ensuring data integrity.
- Provide general, day-to-day support to the wider HR Systems and Processes team and regional HR teams.
Requirements:
- Hold a University Degree in HR or equivalent.
- Previous experience in HR Operations.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to network and speak with all levels of staff including senior management.
Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum.
