About the Role

Lidl GB is seeking an experienced Property Manager and Estate Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our property portfolio, including freehold and leasehold assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the property lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal
  • Develop and implement estate development strategies to increase value and efficiency
  • Negotiate and agree lease renewals, regears, and lease breaks with landlords
  • Process legal documentation and manage relationships with external parties

Requirements

  • Degree-level education in a relevant field (e.g., real estate, property management)
  • MRICS qualification or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
