Job Title: Sales Manager - Field RepresentativeJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager - Field Representative to join our UK Sales Team. As a Sales Manager - Field Representative, you will be responsible for developing and exceeding sales levels across our dealer showroom network, working from home and travelling throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and exceed territory sales by product group and brand, versus previous years and current targets set.
  • Sell new tiling and flooring products to a well-established reseller and showroom network, while also prospecting for new business within your geographical territory.
  • Promote and train retailers on new products, technical information, and advise on new products and discontinued stock.
  • Assist with design ideas and merchandising within dealer showrooms to maximise display and sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience working within an interior design-related business, selling to a distributor/dealer network.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven sales ability, being able to communicate product information clearly and concisely.
  • Enjoyment of driving with a full (ideally clean) driving licence.
  • Highly organised with good route planning and time management skills.
