Main Responsibilities:


The HR Business Partner will be responsible for:



  • Create, develop and drive employee benefits and engagement strategies globally
  • Work with senior managers to develop recruitment and onboarding strategies
  • Collaborate with the Head of HR to introduce new Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
  • Provide support with general HR issues across the business
  • Work with Managing Directors on people performance and culture projects

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and development
  • Experience working with global teams would be beneficial
  • Experience dealing with complex Employee Relations cases
  • Experience implementing DEI initiatives
  • A positive can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
