About the Role

The Human Resources Strategic Partner will be responsible for delivering a range of strategic HR initiatives, including talent management, performance management, and employee relations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience of working in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR support to senior leaders across the organisation
  • Develop and implement effective talent management strategies
  • Work closely with managers to resolve employee relations issues
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in HR, with experience of working in a fast-paced technology environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and managers
  • Experience of developing and implementing effective talent management strategies

Salary Range

The salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
