Human Resources Strategic Partner

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our Engineering team at ENGINEERINGUK. This is a key role that requires collaboration with business leaders to drive best practices in high-tech work environments.
This individual will partner with senior stakeholders, including business leaders and HR professionals, to develop and execute HR priorities aligned with business objectives and foster an optimal employee experience.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, data-driven decision-making abilities, and experience working with international teams and global projects.
- Earn trust as a partner to the Amazon EMEA Leadership Team, providing HR business support and coaching on strategic decisions.
- Maintain and improve employee relations, ensuring compliance with local legislation and maintaining a positive employer brand.
- Analyse business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions for improved performance, retention, and employee experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent command of English (C2 Level)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in Human Resources working with senior leaders within an international environment
- Knowledge of external practices, trends, and tools used in HR
- Experience with HR Information Systems
We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
