Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Coordinator to join our Consumer Products team in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting product development and execution, working closely with partners and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage creative approvals and partnerships with softline and softline-adjacent partners, ensuring alignment with Netflix's brand guidelines and style.
  • Oversee 3rd party approval processes for these partners, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Utilize your attention to detail and discernment to identify and address any potential issues with Netflix IP usage, ensuring compliance with style guide guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing support and guidance on onboarding to our online product development tool and asset usage.
  • Lead the creative development of product offerings within EMEA, working closely with the design team to drive innovation and growth.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the EMEA design team, including presentation creation, trend research, and sample management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in consumer products or retail.
  • Strong knowledge of design for consumer products and the licensing landscape.
  • Established network and contacts within the EMEA licensing and retail landscape.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, with an additional European language preferred.
