We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Coordinator to join our Consumer Products team in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of product strategies across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Approval and Management: Collaborate with partners to ensure creative approvals meet our brand standards, focusing on softlines and softline adjacent partners.
  • Third-Party Approval Processes: Own and manage the approval processes for these partners, ensuring timely and efficient decision-making.
  • Attention to Detail: Utilize your keen eye for detail to recognize and address any misuse of Netflix IP, ensuring compliance with our style guide guidelines.
  • Time Management: Effectively manage your time to meet contractual deadlines for approvals at all stages of development.
  • Partner Support: Assist partners with onboarding to our online product development tool and provide guidance on asset usage.
  • Creative Lead: Serve as the creative lead for the Product Development team within EMEA, driving innovative and engaging product concepts.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide ad hoc support to the EMEA design team, including presentation creation, trend research, and sample management.
Requirements
  • Marketing Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within consumer products or retail-related industries.
  • Design Knowledge: Strong knowledge of design for consumer products, including trends and industry developments.
  • Licensing Landscape: Familiarity with the licensing landscape and strong contacts within the EMEA licensing and retail landscape.
  • Retail Trends: Knowledge of retail and industry trends, with the ability to analyze and apply this knowledge to product development.
  • Organizational Skills: High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and time-manage across multiple deadlines.
  • Language Skills: English is required, with an additional European language preferred.
