We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager to lead our marketing compliance efforts, ensuring we adhere to industry regulations and maintain the highest standards of compliance.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring and interpreting regulatory requirements, reviewing marketing materials, and providing guidance and training to our marketing team. You will work closely with our Legal and Compliance teams to address regulatory issues and develop compliant marketing strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Regulatory Expertise: Stay up-to-date with relevant marketing regulations, including those set by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), and other governing bodies.
  • Compliance Oversight: Review marketing collateral, campaigns, and client communications to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Training and Guidance: Offer training and guidance to our marketing team on regulatory requirements, best practices, and potential compliance risks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our Legal and Compliance teams to address regulatory issues and develop compliant marketing strategies.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments of marketing activities to identify potential compliance gaps or areas of concern.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

  • Marketing Compliance Experience: Proven experience in marketing compliance, regulatory affairs, or a similar role within the financial services industry, preferably within wealth management.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing financial services marketing in the UK, including FCA rules and guidelines.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and apply them to practical marketing scenarios.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
