- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and provide expert guidance on UK compliance matters.
- Support the Head of Compliance in day-to-day operations within the compliance function.
- Development of the firm's compliance monitoring framework and delivery of the monitoring programme.
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and delivery of compliance-related materials, including policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Carry out transaction monitoring and surveillance.
- Advise business stakeholders on compliance-related matters and conduct standards.
- Assist with regulatory horizon scanning, interpreting regulations, and implementing necessary changes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of compliance experience, with experience within a HFT environment being essential.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations in the financial services space in relation to derivatives transactions.
- Sound knowledge of FX and commodities.
