About the Role:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our multi-professional team as a Staff Nurse at The Hospice of St Francis.
">Job Summary:
">The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of care within our inpatient unit, ensuring that physical, psychological, and spiritual needs are met.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, taking into consideration holistic needs and Hospice guidelines.">
- Ensure continuity of care through accurate recording and effective handovers to other team members.">
- Supervise Health Care Assistants and maintain safe custody of drugs.">
- Establish caring relationships with patients and their families, providing support and advice as needed.">
- Participate in guideline development and auditing, and maintain professional competence through ongoing training and development.">
- Provide leadership to the inpatient unit team as required.">
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve project goals and work on initiatives within the Hospice.">
