Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you'll be working closely with our remarkable team to make a difference in the lives of our residents. You'll assist with clinical, social, and emotional care, recognising and meeting the specific needs of each individual.
You'll be part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents and reporting changes. Communication with families, friends, and other healthcare professionals will also be essential in this role.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for care, and the ability to work as part of a team. Previous experience as a carer is desirable but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to support your development.
