The ideal candidate will have a strong background in palliative care and the ability to work autonomously as part of a multidisciplinary team.

About the Role
  • Deliver high-quality palliative care to patients with serious illnesses such as cancer or neurological conditions
  • Provide advice and support to patients and their families, including symptom control and psychological support
  • Work in various settings, including patient homes, outpatient clinics, and wellbeing groups
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in clinical audit and evaluation

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.

This is a full-time position, but we are open to negotiating part-time hours for the right candidate. A car owner and driver is required for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
