We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Specialist to join our team at City & County Healthcare Group. As a Home Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safer and supported lives in their own homes.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and supporting clients with their medication. You will also help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
