Personal Care Assistant

Our Care Assistants are the heart of our operation, providing vital support to our clients in their own homes. This role requires a compassionate and resilient individual who can work effectively as part of a team. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working closely with our experienced care staff.
Salary and Benefits
You'll receive a competitive salary of £14.20 per hour, plus 30p mileage, reflecting the demands of this rewarding role. In addition to your salary, you'll benefit from enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, occupational paternity pay entitlement, Death in Service Payment, a pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, and cycle to work scheme.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work independently. While social care experience is not essential, you should be willing to learn and develop your skills as part of our close-knit team.
