About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our close-knit team, supporting clients with personal care, practical tasks, and medication management. You'll follow individual care plans, ensuring each client receives tailored support to meet their unique needs.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of £13.50 - £15.65 per hour, plus 30p mileage, provides a solid foundation for your career growth. Additionally, you'll enjoy enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, occupational paternity pay entitlement, Death in Service Payment, a pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, and cycle to work scheme.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include assisting clients with bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and supporting them with their medication. You'll also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework. Your compassion, resilience, and ability to learn new skills will make you an excellent fit for this role.
