Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to provide exceptional care to our residents in Berkhamsted. Our Ashlyns home is committed to delivering high-quality care, promoting independence, and ensuring the dignity of all our residents.

Salary
The successful candidate will receive an annual salary of approximately £25,000, which equates to around £12.67 per hour for weekday shifts and £13.25 for weekend shifts. This competitive rate reflects the importance we place on recruiting and retaining talented individuals who share our values.

About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your duties will include assisting with personal care tasks, maintaining a safe and secure environment, and completing documentation as required.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
