A Health Care Assistant plays a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team at Woodlands Hospital.
As a Health Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering patient care. You will need to have excellent communication skills, good attention to detail, and be flexible with your work patterns. A warm, considerate, and empathetic character, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a flexible and positive attitude are also essential.
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (pro rata), plus enhancements, free DBS, contributory pension scheme, excellent training and development opportunities, free parking, and access to Blue Light Card. We also provide a free uniform and subsidised staff restaurant.
