We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant - Resident Support to join our care team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily needs, providing emotional support and companionship, and helping to maintain their dignity and independence.

This is a rewarding and diverse role that requires empathy, compassion, and excellent communication skills. You'll work closely with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that each resident receives the highest standard of care and support.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about working with older people and has a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional care. If you have experience of caring for older adults and possess excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
