Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.">
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care and service to our residents.">
