About the Role- Prioritise the care and well-being of our residents, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care services
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families
- Support all aspects of daily living, including personal care, mealtimes, and social activities
- Help residents to remain as independent as possible, respecting their right of choice, privacy, and dignity at all times
